National Training Awards 2008

We're delighted to announce that Track, together with our client Plan has won two National Training Awards, one for the South-East Region and one in the Partnership category.

Plan is a child-centred community development organisation with no religious and political affiliations, enabling families and communities in the poorest countries to make lasting improvements to the lives of their children. Plan operates in 49 developing countries throughout the world. Track's 360 Degree Feedback for Plan links to its Certificate in Management, and delivers structured feedback and development planning to managers in all Plan locations, in English, French and Spanish.

The 360 Degree Feedback runs before Plan managers begin their management development programme, and again 6 - 12 months after they have completed it. The feedback gives individuals a clear focus on their own strengths and development needs, and allows Plan to measure how the manager group is progressing on an ongoing basis.
