Introducing 360 to an organisation can have advantages for organisational culture

Organisational research has found that implementing 360 Degree Feedback led to changes in organisational culture.  

Implementation of 360 Degree Feedback increased employees’ perceptions of the value of organisational success.  It has also been found where organisational success is highly valued employees are more goal directed, work hard toward achieving these goals and use more teamwork. 

The 360 also increased employees’ perceptions of support from the organisation.  It is thought that 360 enhances feelings of support by generating more communication between employees.
