Are business leaders worse than they think?

In this article from the FT, the writer's conclusion is that most business leaders don't admit to having any faults, and if they do, they are faults that are really strengths.

Here's the CEO of HCL, who not only tells his employees that they know more about the business than he does, he even publishes his 360 Degree Feedbackfor all 55 thousand employees to see!

What's interesting from the point of view of this article is whether his employees therefore admire him or think he's a fool. The results from the company and its fast growth would appear to show that it's been a successful strategy so far.
